Is it permissible to abandon a lying husband who watches pornography, talks to women on the phone, and smokes excessively? And is the wife sinful if she takes money from his possession without his knowledge because of his actions?

It is Haram by consensus for a wife to abandon her husband's bed. A husband's disobedience does not justify abandoning his bed. Taking money from him without his knowledge is Haram unless he is negligent in providing for her, as a disobedient wife (nashiz) forfeits her right to maintenance and equitable division. The wife must repent to Allah and return to her husband, and return whatever she took from his money without his knowledge if possible, while continuing to advise him and demand a divorce if he does not respond.
