If a man divorces his wife, is she entitled to the house?

A woman who has been given a revocable divorce has the right to reside in her husband's home until her 'iddah (definition) (waiting period) ends, based on the Almighty's saying: "Lodge them where you dwell, according to your means, and do not dislodge them so as to make their lives hard for them." If her 'iddah expires, she no longer has the right to reside there due to the termination of the marital relationship. It is permissible for a divorced woman to live with her children from the former husband for their custody after the 'iddah expires, provided there is no khalwa (definition) (unlawful privacy) between them.
