Does madhy (pre-seminal fluid) on undergarments also make the outer garment impure?

Madhi (pre-seminal fluid) is impure and invalidates ablution (wudu’). What it has touched on the body must be washed. As for clothing, only the affected area needs to be washed or sprinkled with water. This is not required for other clothes unless one is certain or has a strong suspicion that they have also been affected.
