Does a divorce occur in the following cases?
1. When I talk to myself out loud, imagining that I am speaking to another person, and say: "My wife does not wish to complete her studies... and next time I will not speak to her even if I divorce her," or I said: "If I divorce, I won't speak," or I said: "I will divorce and not speak about this matter," or I said: "By Allah, if I divorce, I would not have spoken about this matter," with doubt as to whether I uttered "علي الطلاق" (divorce is incumbent upon me) or a conditional divorce, and doubt as to whether the speech is internal monologue?
2. When I say to myself: "علي الطلاق" (divorce is incumbent upon me) or "أنت طالق" (you are divorced), or move my tongue with it without completing the utterance or without sound, and the remainder becomes internal monologue, then I repeat it out loud to confirm, and I try to imagine the scene by opening my mouth to confirm the sound, but no sound is evident upon recording?
3. When I say "أنت طالق" (you are divorced) out loud as an exclamation of surprise after I had made a vow to myself not to think about matters of divorce, and I recall that I said it once or more in the past as a conversation with myself or out loud, then I repeat the scene and the words to confirm, then I say "راجعت زوجتي" (I have taken my wife back) due to my belief that a divorce has occurred?
