Is it permissible for a Muslim man to marry a foreign woman who desires to embrace Islam, with the intention of divorcing her should either party travel to their home country, knowing that he is already married and has another wife in his country?

If divorce is stipulated in the marriage contract for your return to your country, the preponderant opinion is that this marriage is void. However, if the marriage is with the intention of divorce but without it being stipulated in the contract, it is valid according to the majority of scholars. It is permissible to marry a chaste woman from the People of the Book without the condition of divorce, but it is absolutely impermissible to marry a disbelieving woman who is not from the People of the Book. Justice between wives is obligatory.
