The answer

If a woman suffers from incontinence ( سلس ), the majority of scholars obligate her to perform ablution ( وضوء ) for every prayer, and it is not permissible for her to pray with that ablution if the time for the prayer for which she performed ablution has expired. The Malikis, however, are of the view that the ritual purity ( طهارة ) of a person with incontinence is not invalidated by the expiration of the prayer time. This view was chosen by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, and it is a strong opinion. There is no harm in following the Maliki school of thought on this issue. However, the view of the majority is what is given as a fatwa by us, and it is more absolving of responsibility.
