It is permissible to watch animated films as long as they do not promote vice or instill false beliefs. It is recommended to frequently read books on the Prophet's biography and stories of the Prophets and Companions, listen to Quran recitation, and hear narrations of encouragement and warning, and accounts of Paradise and Hellfire, as they contain solace, enjoyment, benefit, and reward. It is preferable to arrange for memorizing and studying the Quran with someone who can assist and motivate.
