Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to stay in the women's prayer area (musalla) attached to the mosque, which is designated for Qur'an memorization and attending lectures, knowing that no prayers are performed there except those coinciding with memorization times and Taraweeh prayers? And if the answer is that it is not permissible, is it then permissible to abolish this prayer area to utilize it for memorization and establish another prayer area for women?

If the aforementioned prayer area was built to be part of the mosque and designated for women's prayer, then it is not permissible for a menstruating woman to remain in it, whether for memorizing the Quran or for listening to lectures. The 기본 principle is that a mosque should not be diverted from its primary purpose, which is prayer. However, if there is a compelling interest to convert it for a beneficial purpose, such as a center for Quran memorization, and another prayer area closer to the mosque is built, then there is no objection to that.
