Is charging for loot boxes in a game to obtain a distinctive weapon with a low win rate, which requires paying 250 Riyals, considered gambling?

It is permissible to play electronic games if they are free of Sharia (definition) prohibitions, such as not distracting from prayer and remembrance of Allah, and not containing gambling, music, or裸 (nude) images, and not leading to animosity. It is also permissible to spend money to acquire the game itself, but not for gambling. A Muslim must utilize their time in what benefits them, for a person will be questioned about their life and how they spent it.
