How does one enter into Ihram for Umrah if they will first travel to Riyadh and then to Jeddah? And is it permissible to delay entering into Ihram and donning its garments from Jeddah?

Whoever intends to perform Umrah after completing their work in Jeddah must enter into a state of ihram when parallel to the miqat in the airplane. Therefore, they should prepare by wearing the ihram garments beforehand. Upon reaching the miqat parallel, they should immediately form the intention for ihram. It is not permissible to delay entering into ihram until Jeddah, as that is transgressing the limits set by Allah. One arriving by air or sea must enter ihram when parallel to the miqat or slightly before it.
