The answer

The young man and woman have committed a grave sin, and they must offer sincere repentance, regret, and seek forgiveness. It is permissible for the young man to marry the young woman if she repents. However, if he stipulates virginity, he must be informed of her loss of virginity through insinuation, and this can be explained by a leap or riding something sharp. It is advisable to try and convince her brother to let him marry her after sincere repentance. If he refuses, they should recall the words of Allah Almighty: (And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect).
