Is it permissible to receive full payment for a night shift completed in fewer hours than agreed upon, and does this ruling apply to the driver accompanying the employee?

The agreement on the specified working hours must be fulfilled, or the actual working time must be recorded, in accordance with the Hadith: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." The excuses mentioned do not permit lying or betrayal of trust. The questioner must either inform the management of her ability to complete the work in less time and agree on that, or record only the actual working hours. As for the salaries she received for work she did not perform, they must be returned to the management if possible, otherwise they should be deducted from her future salaries.
