The answer

Continuing to study and seek knowledge, and asking Allah Almighty for an increase in it, is the solution. For Allah commanded His Prophet to do so: "And say, 'My Lord, increase me in knowledge.'" And what the questioner discovered, matters he was ignorant of when reading responses to doubts, is not strange. For Imam Al-Shafi'i said: "The more time educated me... the more it showed me the deficiency of my intellect, and the more I increased in knowledge... the more it increased my knowledge of my ignorance." And Allah Almighty said: "We raise in degrees whom We will, and above every possessor of knowledge is a knower." Knowledge has no end, and the student of knowledge's habit is to seek more. For Imam Ahmad said: "With the inkwell to the grave."
