Is it permissible for a woman to work at night caring for disabled children?

There is no harm for a woman in working with disabled children. It is a beneficial job for which she will be rewarded, provided she adheres to the Islamic regulations for women's work. It is also permissible for her to go out to work at night with her husband's permission and if she feels safe, and there is no mixing of genders in the workplace.
