What is the authenticity of the hadith: "My Ummah will continue to be good as long as they enjoin good, forbid evil, and cooperate in righteousness. But if they do not do that, blessings will be removed from them, some of them will be given authority over others, and they will have no helper on earth or in heaven"?

The words mentioned in the question, attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, have not been found in the books of Sunnah (definition), nor in books categorized under weak or fabricated hadiths.
