What is the ruling on fasting the days of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday consecutively every week as a voluntary fast?

It is disliked to single out Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for fasting. However, fasting them collectively is permissible and not disliked. The Prophet (peace be upon him) entered upon Juwayriyah (may Allah be pleased with her) on a Friday while she was fasting and asked: "Did you fast yesterday?" She replied: "No." He asked: "Do you intend to fast tomorrow?" She replied: "No." He said: "Then break your fast." This indicates the permissibility of fasting Friday along with Saturday and Sunday.
