Did changing the intention while redoing the circuits during Tawaf invalidate the 'Umrah, and must it be repeated?

Canceling the initial rounds of circumambulation (Tawaf) invalidates them, and it is not permissible to build upon them because they have become like something abandoned. Therefore, the Umrah is not complete, and the person remains in their state of Ihram. They must avoid the prohibitions of Ihram and return to Mecca to complete the Tawaf and Sa'i. If returning is not possible, then they should exit Ihram like one who is prevented (muhsar), unless they had stipulated at the time of Ihram that they would exit Ihram wherever they were detained, in which case they may exit by intention at that point.
