What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding marriage to a girl whose father refused to marry her to a suitor, despite the availability of all শরعي (Shar'i - Islamic legal) and moral conditions, and the girl's insistence on that suitor?

If the father prevents his daughter from marrying you out of obstinacy and stubbornness, despite you being suitable for her, then he is preventing her from marrying (a'dil). It is her right to raise the matter to a judge to marry her off. Nevertheless, it is not permissible for her to abandon him, for the father's right is great.
