Is worldly ambition and the pursuit of more money and success in studies, while offering praise and thanks to Allah, considered unlawful or an act of ingratitude towards Allah's blessings?

Noble ambition and striving to attain the best are commendable. There is no harm in seeking lawful earnings to become one of the richest people, provided one is keen on lawful acquisition and permissible spending, and follows the example of Uthman and Abdul Rahman ibn Awf. However, attention to Islamic knowledge is more emphasized than accumulating wealth. The servant must thank Allah for what He has given them so that He may increase it, and ponder over the Hereafter and care for it more, and strive to achieve the perfection of servitude and obedience to Allah, and to embody the Quranic and prophetic morals.
