Is my work as a data entry clerk at the Ministry of Finance, which sometimes involves printing bank transfers for usurious entities, unlawful (haram) or lawful (halal), and is the money earned from it lawful (halal)?

There is no blame upon you for this work because merely referring the employee to receive his due from the bank—even if it is usurious—and entering data and permissible transactions, and printing official documents and memos, is not considered direct involvement in what is unlawful, nor is it assisting in it.
