What is the ruling on downloading a cracked (pirated) game for free from another website to unlock its paid features without paying any money?

If the producing company prohibits some games except by purchasing them, it is not permissible to use a non-original copy that allows playing without purchasing; because that is an infringement on the rights of their owners, and intellectual property rights are protected by Islamic law.
