The answer

The answering and acceptance of supplication do not depend on apparent material causes, but rather on taking the causes of acceptance mentioned in the Noble Qur’an, in His Almighty saying: "And when My servants ask you concerning Me, then verily I am near: I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he calls unto Me: so let them hearken unto Me and believe in Me, that they may walk in the right way." So whoever responds to Allah and believes in Him, the conditions for acceptance will be fulfilled for him, and Allah will not break His promise. And taking material means does not contradict supplication and reliance on Allah, and it is religiously required.
