The answer

The Book of Allah and the of His Prophet are the most important sources of eloquence and articulation. The Quran was revealed in a clear Arabic tongue, and by it, Allah challenged the Arabs, yet they were incapable of producing its like. As for the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, he was given comprehensive speech (Jawami' al-Kalim), and he was the most eloquent and articulate of people, with words of little artificiality, abundant in meanings, and purity of expression.
