Is divorce considered unjust to children if the wife hates her husband and desires separation, given their distrust in the father's commitment to his responsibilities towards the children, and should the wife endure for the sake of the children without limits?

You must continue supplicating for your husband, offering him advice, and warning him about Allah, especially concerning his abandonment of prayer. If he repents and returns to Allah and maintains his prayers, then praise be to Allah. However, if he insists on abandoning prayer, there is no good for the wife in remaining with him. She must separate from him through divorce (talaq (definition)) or khul'. Divorce is not always a detrimental thing; rather, it may sometimes be the best option to avoid harm and perpetual problems.

The custody of children is a right for the mother as long as she does not remarry; then it transfers to whoever is most entitled to it. The financial support (nafaqa) for minor children is obligatory upon the father until the males reach puberty and the females marry. If he refuses to provide support, the Sharia (definition) judge will compel him. The custodian must be diligent in safeguarding the welfare of the child in custody, teaching them matters of their religion, and raising them upon goodness.
