Is money earned from usurious interest, deposited in the bank in my name, and given to me by my father as a gift, permissible for me to take and spend, and what are the ways to spend permissible money?

It is not permissible to deposit money in usurious banks except out of extreme necessity, with no Islamic alternative available. This should be limited to a current account without interest. Usurious interest must be disposed of by giving it to the poor and needy or spending it on public interests for Muslims, and it is not permissible to benefit from it personally. If the money is deposited in your name, you must dispose of the interest and advise your father to repent from usury and work to withdraw the money from the usurious bank. If your father insists on keeping it there and offers you the interest as a gift, you must dispose of it in the same way. The Quran and Sunnah have strongly warned against usury, and severe threats have been mentioned concerning it in this world and the hereafter.
