The answer

It is not permissible to take anything from the company's money in exchange for work unless explicitly authorized by the company. The mere expectation of injustice does not establish a right. Therefore, unless the contract explicitly stipulates your right to an increase or compensation, you are only entitled to the agreed-upon wage. However, if you have a right established by the contract and the company withholds it from you, then it is permissible for you to take only your due from the company's money that is in your possession, and you must return the rest to the company.
