How can one deal with a husband who betrayed his wife and claimed that his actions were due to the influence of magic, and refused to change his job, knowing that he rarely spends the night at home, which violates the agreed-upon marriage conditions?

If a man commits forbidden acts due to magic that deprives him of his will, he is excused and should be treated. However, if he is responsible for his actions, he should be admonished and urged to repent, especially from abandoning prayer, which is considered one of the greatest sins. If he does not repent, it is preferable for his wife to separate from him through divorce (talaq) or khul'. One should also maintain regular remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and lawful incantations (ruqya shari'iyya).
