The answer

The partnership of two individuals, one contributing capital and the other labor, in a permissible endeavor, is lawful. The profits are to be divided between them according to their agreement. The partnership is based on sharing in profit and loss, and it is not permissible to guarantee the capital within it. Upon dissolving the partnership, the owner of the capital retrieves their capital if it is still extant. The worker is not held liable for losses unless there is negligence or transgression on their part. The capital, upon dissolving the partnership, is whatever is present in cash or in kind, including tools and supplies purchased with it.
