Is it permissible to benefit from money inherited from a person who worked for a tobacco and cigarette company?

Cigarettes and tobacco are evil things, and working in their trade is forbidden. The earnings acquired from it are illicit and must be disposed of by spending them on the interests of Muslims, such as the poor and needy, and building charitable hospitals. If all inherited wealth originated from such work, it must be disposed of by spending it on the interests of Muslims. If the wealth is mixed with both lawful and unlawful earnings, the amount of the unlawful portion must be estimated and disposed of. If estimation is not possible, then half of the wealth should be disposed of.
