Is it permissible for a girl to send religious rulings (fatwas) and stories to a young man she does not know, with the intention of advising and guiding him to what is correct, especially since her sole intention is guidance? And will she be punished if she sees a reprehensible act and remains silent about it?

Calling to Allah is obligatory for both men and women, due to the generality of the texts. The life story of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his companions indicates the permissibility of men calling women to Islam and women calling men, provided they adhere to the Sharia (definition) guidelines, such as avoiding seclusion and excessive speech. It is preferable for men to focus on inviting their male counterparts, and for women to focus on inviting women. There is no objection to a woman working remotely if she is safe from temptation. Silence about evil is not permissible for one who is able to change it, due to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith."
