How is inheritance calculated for heirs including: four full brothers, two full nephews, a mother, a daughter, a wife, a grandmother (mother's mother), and two full sisters?

If the deceased left only the aforementioned individuals, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant and a group of siblings. The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The daughter receives one-half. The remaining portion is for the full brothers and full sisters by ta'sib (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females. The grandmother receives nothing, as she is completely excluded by the mother. The two sons of the full brother receive nothing, as they are excluded by the full brother and full sister. The inheritance is divided into 48 shares: the mother receives 8 shares, the wife receives 6 shares, the daughter receives 24 shares, each full brother receives two shares, and each full sister receives one share. We emphasize that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for consideration and investigation, as there might be an heir who is not known until after research, or there might be wills, debts, and rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
