Should the engagement contract be annulled for the fiancée if her fiancé does not pray, knowing that he started praying after the engagement?

Abandoning prayer is a grave sin, and some scholars consider one who abandons it to be a disbeliever. Marriage to someone who did not pray but then started praying is valid, and there is no impediment to marrying him if his character is pleasing, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If someone whose religion and character you approve of proposes to you, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and widespread corruption."
