Is it permissible for a woman to inherit the same share as a man in state-owned lands, considering that the principle of half-share is exempted in these lands and the principle of equality between males and females is observed therein?

Amiri lands in Sham are not inherited; rather, their usufruct passes to the heirs of the deceased according to the Muslim ruler's decision. The ruler may equalize between males and females if he deems it beneficial to do so. As for someone who died leaving three sons and two daughters as their only heirs, the inheritance is distributed among them by 'asabah (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." Accordingly, the estate is divided into eight shares, with each son receiving two shares and each daughter receiving one share. It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex; a mere fatwa (definition) is insufficient. Instead, they must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation and consideration of wills, debts, and other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
