The answer

If it is not possible to utilize the Qur'ans in a mosque, they must be moved to another mosque where they can be utilized, in order to fulfill the intention of the endower. This is because if the benefits of an endowment become unutilizable, it is to be sold and its proceeds spent on an act of righteousness.
