Is it considered unjust toward their sisters if male children benefit from apartments provided by their father before their female siblings, knowing that the sons will receive their rightful inheritance in the future? And is the father obligated to help his daughters with the same amount of money as he helps his sons in purchasing furniture?

The fundamental principle is justice between children, male and female, in gifts and benefits. Scholars have differed on whether this is recommended or obligatory. However, if there is a legitimate Sharia (definition)-compliant justification for preferring one child, it is permissible. For instance, if a son needs housing for marriage, this constitutes a valid reason to prefer him over his sisters in this regard, because they (the sisters) would reside with their husbands if they are married.
