The husband's statement to his wife: "You are divorced six times" is considered an irrevocable divorce ( Bainunah Kubra), according to the most preponderant opinion among scholars.
A clear divorce (talaq sareeh) does not require intention to be valid. However, if the divorce is by way of an implicit statement (kinayah), then it depends on the husband's intention.
Based on this, the wife becomes unlawful for her husband, and he is not permitted to marry her again unless she marries another husband out of genuine desire, and then that husband divorces her.
