Is it permissible to recite the Quran for the deceased without ablution, and will the deceased be punished for that, and does Surah Tabarak save the deceased from the torment of the grave or only its reciter?

Reciting the Quran without ablution (Wudu') is permissible, except for someone in a state of major ritual impurity (Janabah (definition)). It is preferable for the reciter to be in a state of purity. Reciting Surah (definition) Al-Mulk saves one from the torment of the grave and intercedes for its reciter on the Day of Resurrection, and this is confirmed in prophetic hadiths. It is permissible to dedicate its reward to the deceased, and the reward will reach them by Allah's permission.
