When are a person's deeds, good and bad, recorded?

The angels record everything that issues from a servant, whether good deeds or bad deeds, from the beginning of their life until its end, according to the Almighty's saying: "And indeed, there are over you guardians, noble recorders, who know what you do." However, the child, the insane person, and the sleeper are not held accountable for their bad deeds, as the pen has been lifted from them, meaning they are not held accountable. Nevertheless, the child is rewarded for good deeds.
