The answer

Allah has enjoined modesty and chastity upon the women of the believers, and commanded them to wear the hijab, for in it there is protection for society and a spread of virtues, as stated in His Almighty saying: (O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they should be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful). Indeed, some female students displaying 'tabarruj' (excessive adornment) or uncovering their hair in front of male teachers is forbidden and violates modesty. They must repent and adhere to the hijab. Those who witness this reprehensible act must condemn it and guide them. Teachers must guide their female students and command them to wear the hijab, as they are role models and are responsible before Allah for the trust of guardianship.
