What is the ruling on buying permissible shares based on information from a friend who has a relationship with major investors in the stock market?

Purchasing permissible stocks is permissible, and there is no objection to seeking the opinion of an expert in this regard. It is also recommended for a Muslim to perform Istikhara (prayer for guidance) before proceeding with the purchase.
