What is the ruling on working for a consulting firm affiliated with a non-Islamic bank, knowing that the nature of the work is administrative and technical consulting, and that there is scientific benefit and acquired experience from the work?

There is no impediment to working for a company, even if it is affiliated with a usurious bank, so long as the company's field of work is permissible and has no relation to usury. It is permissible to deal with a usurer in permissible matters such as buying, selling, and renting, just as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and the Companions dealt with the Jews, despite their knowledge of the Jews' involvement in usury.
