Is it permissible for a daughter to dispute the value of an inheritance after her prior knowledge and acceptance of it? Do the children of a deceased son have a share in the grandmother's inheritance after she has relinquished her claim? Is it permissible for the paternal uncle to include land belonging to the Road Authority in a sale and keep its price?

Disputes and conflicts are to be referred to the Sharia judiciary, as it is the best for settling them. As for the law of compulsory bequest, it is invalid. Grandchildren have no right to their grandmother's inheritance if she has a direct son, for the son unanimously blocks the grandson from inheritance. If there is no evidence that the grandmother relinquished her share, then her share is to be divided among her heirs, and the grandchildren have no right to it. None of the heirs has the right to object and demand a re-division if it was done by mutual consent, unless there is clear fraud or a grave error.
