Does divorce take effect by moving the tongue without the lips, even if the mouth is closed?

When uttering a clear divorce pronouncement, it is sufficient to move the tongue without the lips, unless the lips are closed in a way that prevents recognized speech. One must be careful not to delve too deeply or be overly meticulous in questioning, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Leave me as I leave you, for verily, those who were before you were destroyed due to their excessive questioning and their differing with their prophets. So, when I command you to do something, do as much of it as you can, and when I forbid you from something, then abandon it."
