The answer

If the questioner means by "Fajr dhikr" the remembrances authentically reported to be recited after the Fajr prayer, then it is permissible to combine the intention for the morning remembrances and the post-prayer remembrances if the specific remembrance is one and the same, and prescribed for both times. An example of this is reciting the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas) three times. So, whoever recites them after the Fajr prayer, intending thereby to act upon the hadith of 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir (regarding remembrances after prayer) and the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn Khubayb (regarding morning remembrances), this will suffice him. Nevertheless, it is better to perform each remembrance separately to increase good deeds and remembrance.
