Is the money earned from fictitiously registering the name of an unemployed female engineer with a contractor, to enable the contractor to obtain a higher-value contract, in exchange for the engineer receiving only one month's salary for the fictitious addition, Islamically permissible?

Islamic Sharia rejects fraud and deception in work, and an honest contractor provides their true data without exaggeration, as Allah Almighty says: (O you who have believed, fear Allah and be with the truthful), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (Whoever cheats is not of me). Therefore, if you become aware of the contractor's intention that deviates from the truth, do not accept it, and seek Allah's help, for whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, as Allah Almighty says: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression).
