Does the noble verse "So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators" mean that there are other creators besides Allah?

The exegetes (mufassirūn) mentioned several interpretations regarding the verse: (So Blessed be Allah, the Best of creators [Qur’an 23:14]):

1. The first is that "creation" (khalq) here means "making" or "crafting," i.e., the most perfect of makers. 2. The second is that "creation" (khalq) means "estimation" or "pre-ordainment." 3. The third is that the meaning is: Allah Almighty is the best of creators in your belief and assumption. 4. The fourth—and most preferable—is that the created being has a creation, but it is not like the creation of Allah Almighty. Allah's creation is bringing into existence from nothingness (ex nihilo), whereas the creation of a created being is merely a change, transformation, or manipulation of something Allah has already created. This is supported by the hadith (definition): "Give life to what you have created," which indicates that they (the picture-makers) depicted things that already existed. Moreover, a servant cannot do anything except through a will and power that are themselves created by Allah. Therefore, creation, which is bringing into existence from nothingness, is an attribute exclusive to Allah Almighty alone, as He said: (Is He then who creates like one who does not create? Will you not then remember? [Qur’an 16:17]), and (Is there any creator other than Allah who provides for you from the heaven and earth? There is no god except Him. How then are you deluded? [Qur’an 35:3]).
