The answer

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and all other prophets must be defended by every possible means, for love of him is an integral part of faith. The least contribution to this is sending messages that call for his defense, for the means to fulfill an obligation is itself an obligation. However, caution must be exercised regarding suspicious websites that exploit Muslims' emotions. These might be for promotional purposes, incitement, or to distract and dissipate their energy, especially given the proliferation of such sites. What these disbelievers attempt to falsely attribute to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is baseless, akin to someone butting a rock to insult it; it harms not the rock, but rather weakens their own horn.
