Is money acquired through gambling permissible or forbidden, knowing that I am in dire need of it, and I won this amount after withdrawing from a bank loan? And is it permissible for me to spend it on the needy, considering it a loan?

Usury (Riba) and gambling are heinous prohibitions and grave major sins. One must completely abstain from borrowing with usury, as it is not permissible except in a case of dire necessity that you have not reached. Likewise, one must repent to Allah from gambling.
