Is it permissible to say that God's dominion and sovereignty are eternal and imperishable, knowing that dominion and sovereignty are among God's creations, or are they connected to God's essence?

Kingship (Al-Mulk) and Authority (As-Sultan) are two established attributes of Allah Almighty. They indicate the essence of Allah and the attribute of kingship, while authority is an attribute by which a human seeks refuge. His attributes, Exalted is He, are uncreated and do not perish, and His kingship and authority do not cease. As for what is with others, it perishes and is destroyed, as Allah Almighty said: "Every-thing will be destroyed save His Face. His is the Judgment, and unto Him you will be returned," and "Everyone upon the earth will perish, And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor," and "What you have will be exhausted, and what is with Allah will remain."
