What is the ruling on someone facing the Qiblah while their legs are extended?

Extending the legs towards the Qibla is permissible, as there is no Sharia-based evidence that prohibits or discourages it. This does not contradict the veneration of the Qibla, as it is prescribed to face it with the feet in situations such as a reclining patient facing the Qibla, and directing the deceased towards it during the throes of death or burial.
